Breakfast is a complete & utter challenge for me as most mornings I do not wake up hungry. I am not a sweets person so the idea of a sugary laden bowl of cereal or plate of pancakes, french toast etc. I normally opt for a fresh fruit smoothie and some tea but avocado toast has been my go to when trying to ensure I get my good fats in so I wanted to share a great healthy way to get your breakfast, good fat & protein in of course accompanied by my morning cup of tea.

The works is a green tea blended with Moringa leaf, hibiscus and rose hips a great blend that will cover just about everything you need hence the name “The Works”. This blend works well for with morning breakfast to assist in getting in a dose of vitamins, minerals & nutrients.
Here I grabbed sprouted grain bread and accompanied it with avocado a good fat great for cognitive functions and sprinkled hemp seed and chili sauce (cuz I love my spicy). Hemp seed is filled with nutrition being omega 3 rich, protein packed & full of essential vitamins and minerals. Great to add to your smoothies I recommend 2 tbsp per serving.
