Cold & Flu Season is coming!!!!! ahhhhhh!!!
Not to worry however I have everything you need for preventive and acute onsets of the common cold & flu like symptoms. I am not a fan of Urgent care centers or flu shots so I am always loading myself & family up on herbs, vitamins, & optimal nutrition in order to ward away the germs. (We’ll leave nutrition for another Wednesday)…
There’s no question that tea is a part of my daily regimen but also a vital part in aiding me in getting rid of a cold or upper respiratory infection but I also use essential oils as my “antibiotics” (if you will). Eucalyptus Radiata is my go to for assistance as it is antibacterial, antiviral and an inflammatory oil. It’s great for sinus and respiratory infections & fights viral infections like no other.
*SistaNature Tip: (For headaches & pains I reach for my mint tea & peppermint oil)
What are some of your favorite home remedies for cold & flu season? Do you prepare yourself with preventative methods? What can I do to help you prepare?
For cold & flu season:
Immune Defense: Great for aiding the immune system in it’s fight of viral and respiratory infections.
Immune Support: A preventative method of care aimed to help boost the immune system to help ward off viral infections.
As far as essential oils I only recommend Young Living brand oils I have a wholesale account with them so if you would like to try their oils leave me a message & let’s chat essential oils. I’ve been utilizing aromatherapy & essential oils for over 6 years now and have done extensive research on them and the many companies. This is the only brand that I have used that have steam distilled oils and own their own farms across the globe and boast a seed to seal process. Upon using other oils these seem to be undiluted and unadulterated while other brands just don’t have the same effects as Young Living. You can read up about Young Living here & if you decide to sign up please use my link but definitely let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for believing in me!
