I spoke about starting meditation and gave tips on how to start a 5 minutes mindfulness practice. In a nutshell, mindfulness meditation is the act of tuning in to the thoughts. (I know, I know, you’ve been taught that the key to meditation is to turn off the thoughts) ironically, that is what mindfulness meditation is. Recognizing the thoughts, acknowledging them, and freeing them. All the while ceasing to pass judgement upon ourself and your practice.
